Caregiver Advantage, offered by Careforth, is available through SCAN Connections and SCAN Connections at Home to members who either have an unpaid caregiver or are an unpaid caregiver to a loved one.

    Use our app to learn more about a caregiving topic, connect with local resources, or chat with your coach.

    Meet your care coach, who will be ready to answer your questions and provide guidance.

    We’ll send reminders and tips to make caregiving easier.
